Physical Appearance: Caroline wears a black and white Victorian style dress. The dress flares out past the waist, with alternating black and white ruffles. The dress' upper part consists of a black and white lace corset, with a a straight neckline and puffed out short sleeves. Black and white floral lace are on the ends of each sleeve and the hem of her dress. Caroline wears black boots with white laces in them. A small top hat with two large black feathers and white flowers sits to the left on top of her head. The hat itself is black. Victorian England's hair is dark brown, pulled back into a bun with lots of curls in it. Her eyes are a dark brown, and her skin is lighter and milky. She almost always carries a white umbrella with a black handle and black lace trim.

Character Personality: Victorian England usually has a bright and happier personality. She does have a bit of an ego however, and can be highly sarcastic when the time calls for it. Her speech is that of a formal one, and often uses lingo that most people wouldn't understand. One of Caroline's MAJOR pet peeves is dirt or filth of any kind, she's very OCD and will scrub until it's sparkling. She seems to be very fond of her younger brother England, though she tries to hide it.

Why Do You Want This Character: I absolutely am in LOVE with Victorian England culture, and role-playing someone like this would be an interesting experience for me.
